What is this on my wrist? Molluscum?

Hopefully the picture has worked.
I’ve got this weird red spot on the top of my wrist. It’s been there for years, probably at least 5 years. It doesn’t hurt and it hasn’t changed in colour or shape at all.
A friend mentioned molluscum but I don’t think it can be as I’ve read that is very contagious and this hasn’t spread at all and I haven’t got them anywhere lease on my body.
It bothers me slightly as it looks horrible but it doesn’t cause any discomfort at all.
Any ideas what it could be and is there anything I can do to make it disappear?!

Its a small cyst- possibly already popped

It needs to be looked at by a dermatologist. I would book a GP appointment. Skin things are best checked out. No does not look like molluscum.

Doesn’t look like molluscum. Either a small cyst or a keloid scar from an insect bite or similar..
