Anyone else spending a lot more time on their phone ?

I'm getting obsessive
There's something I really need to do but I'm writing this instead so I don't have to come off my phone and do it

I dread my weekly screentime report

Not my phone but iPad which I guess is the same, poor phone is hardly getting a look in, just used for calls now. iPad is in constant use, so is iMac, screen time is all counted and very high.

I'm going to put it on charge and leave it there, it's like its glued to my hand
