Help me pen a little poem??

Yesterday I ordered some little “just because” gifts for some of my closest and favourite female friends and family.

Just tiny little things I thought they would like or would make them smile when they arrive.
I want to send a little note/poem to each of them by text to let them know to expect something/keep an eye out in the post but I’m rubbish at these things... can anyone help me out?

There are some excellent poets on here, unfortunately I'm not one of them
Hopefully one of them will be along soon

In these time of change I thought of you,
I saw a gift and I just knew.
That snail mails was the way to go
So look out a little surprise ...ho ho.
