FB question - how to retrieve a post you've started writing but accidentally clicked away from?

and so you get that message "you haven't finished your post, do you want to stay on this page or leave it?"

and you click on Stay On This Page

but you aren't directed back to your post

so then what, how do you get back there? Help!

You cant I dont think you have to start again ....if you have liked something or commented before try your activity log !
