How to get a refund for a rescheduled show (Ticketmaster)

Ticketmaster have rescheduled a show I was due to see this month. The new date doesn't work for me, so I want a refund.

On their website, I can't find anyway to contact them. The help topic doesn't answer this specific question.

Is anyone in a similar boat and can help?

Ticketmaster is crazy busy today because the korean band BTS whch was due to start ticket sales tomorrow (sales which are like the Hunger Games) suddenly announced the postponement of their entire tour this morning. Fans are going mad trying to get information.

I hope you get a refund. See Tickets are telling me I can't get a refund for a rearranged show unless I send back the original tickets (which I never received) which seems ridiculous to me as I've paid online etc and the tickets are now not valid.

I've also got Book of Mormon booked for end of June via ATG which I'm assuming will be cancelled and they are saying voucher only.

Not a good time on the ticket front.

I do appreciate that the entertainment industry is badly hit by all this. I would have loved to have seen the show I had tickets for.

However, Ticketmaster I actually have very little sympathy for as they have scored me over many times in the past. This feels like karma for them.
