So would be sending different cvs to the same person.

No reason why not. I have multiple cv's which i use depending on the focus of the role. Just make it clear which cv pertains to which role

As a former recruiter with over 10 years of experience I would advice you to send just 1 open application with just 1 CV as you would send it to any other company.

Explain in your application letter that there are several positions within the company that you are interested in and you would be happy to come in for an interview.
A good recruiter doesn't need several CV's to see if you're a match.
