Boring question, kids need new toothbrushes and I wondered if teenagers cd use adult electric brushes. There are teenage ones available but I suspect a huge mark up!

I hope so - my 13 year old has had one for the last 4 years!

Yes, my 7&8 year old use one.

My 9 year old does it’s fine, we had the child one until recently but realised there was very little difference (other than price and decals)

Eh? Why wouldn't they be able to?Confused

Oldraver · 28/04/2020 10:44

My 14 year old has had a Superman one for years. H'e certainly been using the adult brush heads for the last couple of years

I didnt know there were teen brushes... what makes them different ?

dementedpixie · 28/04/2020 10:46

Mine have used them since they were about age 5. We used soft brush heads for baby teeth and then normal ones as they got older

Almahart · 28/04/2020 12:06

Adult toothbrushes always come with a warning they're not to be used for kids. I'd assumed they were too abrasive

Umm...yes

dementedpixie · 28/04/2020 12:27

That's why we used to use softer heads when they were younger

Yes. My 6yo uses an adult’s oral-b with a child’s head.
