I'm 36. I thought I was too old for spots. I've never, EVER suffered with spots/acne but here they are!

They're mainly on my temple and behind my ears/side of my neck area which to me is very strange. There are loads of the little bastards and some of them are mean little fuckers who taunt me with their size as they know I'll squeeze them. I really love squeezing them but they just take ages to clear up then.

I don't have much of a skincare routine, I never have. I've been lucky in that I've never had to worry about breakouts but now I have no idea what to do.

I've been using sudocream on them but it doesn't seem to be helping.

I'd love any tips from anyone else who has the misfortune of having to deal with them.

Me too! I've got loads. All over my chin, on my nose and on my forehead. I'm convinced it's because I'm usually in an air conditioned office and am now stuck at home at the laptop all day without going out for walks much as I used to.

Hmm I'm at home a lot anyway as I wfh but suppose I am missing out on the school runs etc.

I've been wondering if they're to do with my B12 injections as I started them in Nov and had them every 2 days for 2 weeks but didn't notice any spots at that time but right before I was due my 12 week one in Feb I broke out in spots and thought maybe it was due to needing the injection but they've been so much worse since I got the Feb injection.
