Obviously not if you’ve got tinies to entertain. But are you reclining to read or whatever more?

Yes I'm doing it now. I come in around 3 and then go to my lounge around 7pm (cooking too)

None. So happy we've got a conservatory. Makes the house so much more spacious in the summer (freezing in winter).

Sparklyring · 26/04/2020 17:52

Maybe an extra hour in the morning just to enjoy being snug and reading.

TomNook · 26/04/2020 17:56

I mean apart from being in bed

Loads. Haven’t seen my kids in days Grin

MinkowskisButterfly · 26/04/2020 18:00

Well sleep and when DH is home from work I am up there studying so on those days I spend about 18 hours inc sleep.

BigSandyBalls2015 · 26/04/2020 18:00

Longer in the morning as no commute and it’s nice to get a cuppa and go back to bed for a while. Not in the day though, prob partly due to gorgeous weather. That may change next week.

Youngatheart00 · 26/04/2020 18:02

Quite a long time. Lying in longer than normal, at the weekends will often have a nap, I come up earlier than DH at night as I like to read or watch something on iPad before bed. Although while the weather is nice I pretty much live outside while I can, will spend a lot more time in bedroom when the weather turns

wheresmymojo · 26/04/2020 18:04

No more than normal other than getting up an hour later than usual.

So basically just for sleep and getting dressed.

Rockbird · 26/04/2020 18:15

Most of the time. House is very small so we're all on top of each other. I struggle with noise and lack of space so I pretty much live in there apart from cooking and film nights/games. I read a lot and am loving the fact that I have time to do it.

stuckindoors77 · 26/04/2020 18:25

When ds isn't with me I get up at a normalish time but then after lunch I'll often retire to bed, working, watching netflix and reading (sleeping too sometimes) then up and around by early evening to go for my walk and get jobs done. I feel lazy and a bit guilty but it makes the day go faster..... I love my bed!

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 26/04/2020 18:28

Quite a bit, my bedroom is also my sewing room and I’ve been doing a lot of quilting while also listening to audio books and podcasts or streaming Netflix.

homemadecommunistrussia · 26/04/2020 18:30

I am having to work from my bedroom. It is not good, work is hell. I have to have stuff set up for it, that I feel just keeps looking at me.Sad
I miss my real job.

beebeedandelion · 26/04/2020 18:32

None,I just sleep in there.

Duckingell · 26/04/2020 18:33

Not much more.

Mornings are lazier as no rushing off to gym classes, or DH to work but other than that my days are the same.

binkyboinky · 26/04/2020 18:41

Pretty much all the time. I don't even feel like going outside any more.

insancerre · 26/04/2020 18:43

None
My life hasn’t changed
I’m still working full time

SimonJT · 26/04/2020 18:49

Quite a bit, we sit on the balcony for about 30-40 minutes when I put my son to bed at 7, but after that we’re generally in bed.

Fuckinellitsme · 26/04/2020 19:10

About an hour every afternoon for my guitar practice. That's it. DH is wfh and I'm really enjoying being in the same room as him while he does - we bring each other coffee and snacks and natter on and off, or just sit in companionable silence while I read/watch something. I'm loving having him home.

LER83 · 26/04/2020 19:47

Not enough! Dh has made it into his office whilst he is working from home so can't use it during the day. I'm hiding in there now though before I get summond to do bedtime stories!

totallyyesno · 26/04/2020 19:51

A lot. Small flat and it's the only place I'm not normally disturbed so I often work there too.

SquashedFlyBiscuit · 26/04/2020 19:53

Yes. Im rather large so also a bit worried about inactivity... but so nice to curl up in bed with a cup of tea.

HelloDulling · 26/04/2020 19:55

No more than usual, but we have enough space to get away from each other downstairs. Otherwise I’d be in there with a book and cup of tea right now.
