The first one: is about a man who may have been adopted or was looked after by his brother. He was very small, and he always said that he was made small for a reason. At the end of the film a school bus crashes on a river and he rescues the children by swimming through a small window. He doesn’t survive. Might have been made in the 90’s
The second one is about brothers and maybe there is a drought? And one of them devised something and takes it up to the mountain and it rains. Everyone is really happy. The man goes away. He returns at the end it turns out that the chemical affected everyone and some/all had dementia caused by drinking the water. May have been a Stephen king?
