Why do these keep popping up and how do I get rid of them?

We don't use the laptop very often usually but now with home schooling it's in use all the time. Since we've been using it these pop up things keep appearing plus ones on how to alleviate lockdown boredom by contacting hot babes Please could someone help me sort this out? Thank you.

I've tried going to the pop up settings and blocking them but it's not helped.

Have you run an antivirus and malware scan Op ?

Get an adblocker.

Run a scan of malwarebytes.

Check for addins in chrome that may have been inadvertantly installed.
