I’m missing Wagamama’s and really fancy one.
Any tried and tested good recipes please? Smile

Wagamama posted theirs up recently with a how to video from one of their chefs. I made it and it’s delicious. Enjoy.

If you Google "wagamama wok from home" you can use the actual waga recipe, they have a video demo of how to cook it.

If you can't be arsed making it from scratch we have been cheating by using yo! Katsu curry sachets (about £1) veeso sticky rice (comes with x2 microwave pots) and breaded chicken or quorn. Blush

Thanks for the proper recipe though!

You can buy Japanese ‘curry roux’ in the world foods section of most supermarkets. It’s what most home cooks in Japan use and it’s really easy.
