Try taking L-glutamine as per the leaky gut glutamine protocol. Build up to 30g (10g on day1, 20g on day 2, 30g on day 3, 30g on days 4-9 and then reduce to 5-10g per day maintenance. Always on an empty stomach, dissolved in room temp water, can space doses throughout the day.
Has helped so much - can't advise on any personal side effects as everyone is different so please read up on it before you start.
