One of my team is moving to a new job next week and it's just occured to me we've done nothing re card/whip round etc to mark this occassion. He's been with us for 18 months and due to his role only been in the office (when we had one!) for 1-2 days per week hence why he slipped my mind. Bad I know. Any ideas how I can russle something up before next Thursday - his last day.

Amazon voucher or something like that?

At work we use kudosboard instead of actual cards as we mostly work remotely and in different countries

Correction - kudoboard

thanks Mooserp. Amazon vochure or similar was what I was thinking more how to actually organise a whipround and sign a card when we're all WFH.

I think these things just can't feasibly happen with wfh. Someone would have to organise all the bank transfers or a wish list type thing etc. It's just not going to happen.

Open me .com do online cards a group can sign

Mooserp · 24/04/2020 13:56

Just get people to send you their contributions by PayPal and you buy the voucher.

Kudoboard is better than a card as you can add photos etc. I'm sure there are plenty of other similar sites

Just to say that open me seems to be working a treat as a card everyone can sign, thank you. Asking people for a contribution less so with only two of the 20 or so signers sending any money. Looks like I might send some wine rather than a vochure as it'll be less obvious not many contributed.
Thanks for your help everyone.
