I'm on the phone to Barclays… I tried to place an order this morning, twice the Barclays sign came up and it told me to click next, and it was somebody else's name… Every time I go on the app, it asks me to show my location, over and over, and even before I placed the order it asks me again… Barclays sent me a text this morning, since one of the payment was declined, and it was the one I had actually made At the end. It didn't go through that once I confirmed it, but I'm on the phone to Barclays to explain. What has happened when you've been hacked? Did you get your money back for the orders that you didn't make? And how do I keep from getting hacked again? There seems to be a really big problem with the app… Sorry, I am visually impaired and I'm using dictation… So if there are mistakes, please forgive me.
