We sent the form back one day late. It was due 11th February and arrived the next day. The payment was made at the end of February and the end of March but I understand this is paid in arrears. Would they have written to my as the appointee by now if they were stopping it due to the late form?

What did they write?

Takemebackto · 22/04/2020 11:53

Thank you for the reply. I know it’s been received as I sent it singed for. I would call but would imagine they are very busy at the moment. We’ve not received a letter saying they are stopping it so should we assume he will still receive the money this month?

It was a review as his award is due to end July 2020.

You would have received a letter informing you that the payments where to stop, they are quite reasonable re forms arriving one day late they take into account the postal system, call them and check when next payment is due as you have the authority to do so.

I know a,lot of DLA awards have been extended for six months because of COVID,is it the same for PIP?

adelaya · 22/04/2020 12:17

Dla and pip awards have been automatically extended due to covid. If you call the helpline there is an automated message explaining it.
