If you had recipe 21 from Hello Fresh last week

Could you please tell me what it is and perhaps screenshot the recipe? I received all the ingredients but not the recipe card and apart from it being a beef, couscous and tomato dish I cannot remember what it was. I've emailed them but had no response.

Also is the quality usually better than this? I only ordered from them as it's impossible to get a Gousto slot but all the veg we received is looking past it's best and I was surprised at how many of their recipes you had to pay extra for. Appreciate they must be extremely busy however so willing to overlook these things.

Do you have the app OP? Your recipe that you chose should be on there. (I don’t have the cards anymore so can’t check which one is 21!

And yes, the quality is not usually so up and down. I can tell they have been struggling with certain ingredients and I have had more substitutes that I have ever had before. They also asked me to change delivery day as they were finding it tough to keep up. They seem to be trying their best at the moment.
However, I am so grateful to have the subscription and the added extra bread and wine has been most welcome!

Ahh perfect, I couldn't see anything on the website but it's all there on the app.
That's good to know about the quality, I've managed to secure a Gousto slot this week so will see how they're holding up but it's to be expected they're all overrun with orders
