Acceptance of primary school placement

Hi everyone, hope you are all well :)
Is anyone else having trouble accessing or logging into the Online Education Portal to accept their child's placement? I can't seem to log in or change my password it just says that's it's unavailable or something!
I wondered if anyone was experiencing the same thing?

You don’t need to accept it. Doesn’t it automatically go through?

hip Whether you have to accept is different in different parts of the country.

Tink Might help if you state where you are as different areas have different databases. (Though I'm going to guess London, as when it comes to education everyone in London seems to assume everyone else is too. )

For mine I had to email the headteacher. Email address was given in the email notification of the place from the council.

Thankyou that's really helpful as I was starting to worry if it wasn't going to work I might lose my placement. I'll check for an email or search it myself :) I'm in Havant, Portsmouth UK

We have to accept. I did it by post.

Sorry, I hadn’t even realised it would be a different system in other places! I assumed it would be automatic acceptance everywhere.
