And all it took was a diagnosis of T2 diabetes - no surprise, his mother has it and he is rather overweight.
Which gave him a kick up the backside to start being healthier.
He's doing the Mosely diet and has lost nearly 3 stone (still has a lot more to lose). It's very weird to see the man who never cared about diet And exercise being so boring determined about it.
And very strange to be able to go to bed and only have quiet breathing it very gentle snoring next to me rather than the earth quaking noises he used to make, even while sleeping on his side.

And you benefit too, good for him.

It works a treat doesn't it? dh has lost weight on his own very boring diet plan- the same thing for each meal each dayHmm such a snooze, but it has worked. We have been sleeping together every night and not escaping to the spare room!

Now I feel under pressure to do the same, I find it a lot harder to lose weight than him though, the progress is so slow.

It is making me feel guilty eating carbs when he can't and I've lost a few lbs as a result.
