Is it just me, or have the blue skies of late been really blue - like they were in the 70s when I was growing up ?

Hard not to think it has something to do with less chemtrails ....

I wondered this the other day. It seems like the weather hasn't been this nice for years....is it becuase of the lack of pollution etc. Or just a coincidence?

I suspect we are imagining it - but the sky seemer bluer, the trees greener, the birds chirpier...

Our garden has never looked more glorious. I suspect that may be some sort of Stockholm syndrome.

I think you are just noticing them more, this was early May last year.

I dunno about the blue-ness perhaps you've got more time to notice it??

The weather has been great here (East Anglia), we had a run of hot sunny April's from 2011-2013 round here too. 2014 we booked an April holiday to Norfolk and it peed down for the whole week 😂.

I've noticed this too.
It's not because "got more time to notice it" as someone else said, as I'm usually at home anyway.
I live in a built up area and near a town, and the skies have definitely been bluer.
Was wondering if it had something to do with less cars on the road?
We've been getting birds as well which we don't usually.

The birds are always there, just that we can't hear them much because of traffic noise. I don't think the birds have increased in number, just that there's less sound interference.
