Sports bra for big boobs?

newmumagainn · 19/04/2020 14:40

I've got a five week old who I'm feeding so I'm quite busty and tender at the moment, but would like to go for a run every day.

Can anyone recommend a not to expensive sports bra for big boobs?

Thanks

Marks and Spencer high impact one is what I tend to get. (36F) The straps detach at the back so I tend to turn them straight into a cross back (is that what it's called?) which I find pins the boobs down even more.

I'm a 32G and bought my sports bra in 32F and is actually now supportive enough!

I always end up going back to shock absorber, everything else just gets too loose after a few washes. Although they're normally pricey, they are regularly on sale at Debenhams. 30% off at the moment and they're still trading (for now).

Hard to advise without knowing the size.

Sweaty Betty for me - I'm 36E. Also Bloch (the dancewear company) do really good dance crop tops - I have a Large. They really hold everything together!
