Is there anyone else on here that likes to smoke weed?

On all the threads I've seen that have mention cannabis it usually made out like the worse thing ever.

I'm a bit of a stoner tbh and just wondered if there is any others out there? I always see threads with people sharing what they drinking so thought I'd give it a go!

Why would I ? I stated THC is illegal in the UK without a licence. The article confirmed it. If it had contradicted me, I would have responded as it would have been wrong, and possibly got people into trouble. Beyond that I have no interest in any of that nonsense.

That's because opium is physically addictive. Like nicotine. And alcohol. And cannabis. Oh, hang on, that's another War On Drugs©®™ load of bollocks. Cannabis is not physically addictive. It may be habit forming. But then so is nail biting.

Its illegal in the same way its illegal to draw on the queens picture or whatever.

I was reading in the local paper just now about police using a chainsaw to force entry over what appears to be a small amount of weed and I saw this in the comments. Apologies it's DM link though.

Depends what you mean about "this" ?

I knew the UK is the worlds biggest exporter of medical cannabis.

I also know the UK is arguably the worlds most disgusting hypocrite when it comes to it's clear policy of creating a profit from criminality.

The only thing that offsets that is the fact it's widely known, and a lot of the UKs population has made it's own decision to raise two fingers to the lot of them.

Shit laws should concern us all.

I think the normalisation of CBD products is a good thing for the cause. You can even buy THC free weed now (online and specialist shops). Looks and smells the same I'd assume, as it has all the terpenes still. Surely the government will stop this stupid splitting of hairs at some point and decriminalise?

Totally agree 420, it's the war on drugs that's the problem. Pre 1971 there were between 500 and 100 registered drug addicts in england. Figure for 2019 is nearly 150,000

The low THC stuff I bought smells more like standard hemp really, looks the same except a few seeds (not sure if they're legally plantable). Worked for good sleep and killing aches off a bit. Coming off my methadone at the moment its been really handy

I got some ‘legal’ stuff recently out of curiosity - some of it’s pretty good. I like the lemon haze and the silver haze so far. The site was CleverBotanics or something like that, worth a try if you’re stuck.

For fascination without complications I really love footage of Mars (I think NatGeo on Disney+) when I’m in that state of mind. There’s a weird thing on Netflix too about future colonisation of Mars, it’s part drama part documentary. The format doesn’t really work but I loved it.

I love stuff about space when I'm stoned! Although I watched something about Jupiter once that freaked me right out and I got a bit panicky about how big it was. Proper twisted my melon.

I've ordered some food from my local Mexican delivery place. Burrito, sweet potato fries and wings.

Mmmm 🌯 how was it? I mostly just microwave tortilla chips covered in primula with jalapeños, before moving on to the granola and yoghurt phase of the munch.

Just to remind you all that "What we do in the Shadows" is back on BBC (tonight I think).

Very envious of those of you who can watch it in an altered state.
