I’m trying to make lockdown a new start and one of the areas I’d like to work on is skin.

So apart from good diet, lots of water what else do you recommend. I don’t really wash my face unless I’m wearing makeup and then I tend to just use a scrub and moisturiser but is there something I’m missing out on?

I don't know if you exercise but I definitely find the fitter I am the better my skin is.

Use micellar water at night-neutrogena has a nice one. It takes off make up but if you're not wearing any it's still nice to cleanse before bed and it takes seconds. I like using plain vitamin e cream as a night cream and massage it in, I also use a little rose quartz facial roller which helps to reduce puffiness. The NipFab glycolic acid wipes, or pixi glow tonic or the alpha H rose toner, or clarins beauty flash balm are good for instant glow too. And fake tan drops for the face help!

What do you want to improve about your skin, OP?

Different issues (oiliness, rosacea, acne, dullness, etc.) will mean different types of product / use...

Clarins double serum. It's amazing!

I stopped using facial scrub because a few beauticians said to me that they are bad for your skin and cause lots of little scratches. I cleanse my face twice if I've worn make up. I've recently started using a calendula moisturiser and it's reduced any blemishes so I'm happy with that recent discovery. Alcohol, coffee and sugary food defo make my skin worse.
