It's fine, thanks, @nickyschof. My mum is 90 and was stuck on the codeword. None of us could help her as we didn't have a copy of it. She's struggling a bit now as she lives alone and I just wanted to be able to help her. My sister got hold of a copy in the end, so all is well. Thanks very much though.
