I've been thoroughly enjoying some long lies, late nights, day time drinking, chocolate eating and crisp binging since lockdown began but enough is enough.
I've been doing a walk or a 3k run every day and been drinking a bit more water but the time has come to stop drinking every night (was only a glass or two but still) and sort out my diet.
All welcome and any small steps celebrating. Bonus points for self compassion as this is a difficult time.
I've small kids and still working so it's not easy but I reckon this will help me feel positive and better in the long run.
