Sainsburys online slots - a question on behalf of MIL!

MIL is recognised as vulnerable with Sainsburys, emails confirming this, up until now has had no problems at all booking slots. She's hoping to get a delivery for next week but whenever she goes to check out it says 'slots for these dates have not been released', usually she can book a week in advance without any issues so we're wondering if it's more of a site/system error at the moment. Has anyone else been able to book a delivery in the week 20th - 26th April?

She only gets a delivery every 2 weeks so she's not trying to book twice within the same week or anything like that.

Sainsbury’s only seem to be releasing slots for the current week - when I log in it shows any available slots up to and including next Monday (20th) but not further than that. That’s what Sainsbury’s call week 1 on the booking section. Anything for next Tuesday onwards hasn’t been released yet as far as I can see. It has been like that since the start of restrictions. Hope this helps and you MIL gets a delivery soon.

Thanks Smile She thinks that last time she was able to book a bit earlier but might have just lost track of the days, aren't we all at the moment!
