Got the Ring 2 doorbell, being a complete idiot trying to get it to work. It’s up, it alerts and the chime works. But I can’t get it come up on my echo show, and I can’t get it so they can hear me talking to them. I’ve turned the volume down on what I thought was the noise that plays the ring from the doorbell, I don’t want it to make a noise outside from the doorbell when it picks up movement or someone presses it, but I still want to be able to talk to them through it.
