Am sketching a piece of work out this morning, aided by tea and jaffa cakes.
Reached out for a jaffa without looking..... and bit!......not a good flavour

Last night, DH accidentally bit into a crisp that DCat had been licking. "I thought it was a bit moist..." he lamented, on realising.

I once found a jelly bean behind the kettle and thinking it was an escapee from the bag I had burst trying to open it. On biting into it I realised it was a cod liver oil capsule. Specs on first next time I find treasure.

Cod liver oil.........is so not my thing. As kids we used to get lined up in winter for a full spoonful of the stuff before setting off for school. Took me most of the day to get rid of the taste!

Was giving the cat a couple of treats but needed to take painkillers at the same time. Can got a couple of paracetamol plonked under her nose and I chucked the dreamies into my mouth. Not my best moment 🙀🙀🙀

Mum used to force feed us it but once the wee capsules came about we were spared the cruelty of the spoon.
Agree the taste is rank and even the capsules kept coming back on me a bit but I still take them out of habit.

After getting sick of dc continually emptying the biscuit tin we put 6 ddog biscuits in there.
One tea time ds 11 asked for a biscuit. I asked how many left.

Dd's fell about laughing as they were in on it.
Ds confessed he ate 1 and the second one tatsed odd so put it back!!
Told him he would grow a tail!
