Low Carb, Corona and Comfort Eating

I'm trying to stay low carb but I am craving chocolate and cake and cream and mainly cake with cream. I'm on lockdown, about to get my period and two squares of dark choc ain't cutting it. I'm posting in the hope of receiving ideas for low carb treats that will actually be treats. Is it impossible? I'm happy to bake...

How about melting the dark choc into cream and pouring over raspberries or other berry fruit,?

Make up some sugar free jelly with 1 part double cream and 1 part boiling water. Makes a nice pannacotta style creamy sweet dessert you can have with berries or on it's own

Great ideas already, thank you!

Peanut butter mixed into Greek yogurt makes a v satisfying parfait type type dessert, with some dark choc chips sprinkled on top its loooovely! And whipped cream if you've got it!

Second the sugar free jelly. Make up a pint or whatever and pour into little ramekins so you have a few servings. Have with whipped cream and chopped nuts or a raspberry or two. Grate over a square of dark choccy instead. These solve my after dinner dessert cravings

I've made meringues with Splenda too which turn out pretty good with cream and a couple of berries.

Make a no cook choc torte using dark chocolate and cream/coconut cream. Don't have too much! Teeny amounts.

Otherwise have a load of savoury snacks available to nibble at. Nuts. Cheese. Salami. Hams. Boiled eggs. Celery with PB or Philadelphia. Sorts me out! Look at oopsie rolls/cloud bread too. Love them toasted with marmite or some cheese

Oh God the peanut butter parfait and choc torte sound amazing!
