Student loans company :annual deferment, anyone in else not heard back?

On worried they haven't received it or maybe they are more working right now?

They will be working remotely. I used to work for them centuries ago and would give them a call to check what state they have it at.

It silly but I'm scared to call them!!

Is yours still with SLC? I did mine (Erudio) online last week and it came back within 24 hours.

I sent my deferrment back ages ago to the SLC (loans from the late 90s) and not heard anything back. My loans have been sold on to Honours and Erudio. I contacted them both and so far have only heard back from Erudio who say they will chase the SLC. Not heard anything from Honours despite an email, phone call and the promise of a call back over a week ago.

My DH works for SLC. They are in the middle of trying to equip staff to work remotely, so everything is a bit up in the air. You could ring them. They have a rotating skeleton staff in the office, I think, and some of the folk working from home are being equipped with telephony stuff.

It is taking them a while to sort themselves out, though.

SLC are struggling at the moment, a lot of the call centre staff can't work remotely yet.
