Anyone navigated Yorkshire Building Society mortgage holiday form

I've really struggling with the Yorkshire Building Society online mortgage holiday application form.

I very carefully completed it, I think all fields were complete and correct. When I pressed submit the form went momentarily and then returned blank with all the borders around each box on the form in red.

I tried again and the same thing happened.

This was on 31 March, since then I've heard nothing. I have tried to call but I can't get through even after holding for hours- I just get cut off.

I wondered if anyone had been more successful than me, or had any advice.

We did ours last week. Received confirmation letter yesterday. It worked fine when we did it. Maybe try again.

@Dogsorlogs thanks so much for replying. can you remember what happened when you pressed submit?

What did you put in the box asking when normal payments can resume?

Sorry for all the questions- I just need to get this form approved!

Sorry my husband completed ours, I think he just put 3 months for the normal payments resuming.

Woooo hoo it worked! Thank you.

I found a few posts online suggesting that the form may not cope with punctuation, even full stops.

So I redid the from with no punctuation at all, except for in the field for my email address.

Not sure if this helped but thought I'd mention it in case it helpful to anyone else.

Thank you @Dogsorlogs
