You know the blokes that have hair that is kind of long on top and shaved at bottom, how do they cope with out a barber?
What are your random and unimportant musings?

Hong Kong zoo’s pandas have mated for the first time in a decade, believed to be because of calm & privacy brought on by lock down.

I've been wondering about people's affairs. If you're having one, are you sneaking out to tesco together?

The Germans decided the different sizes of paper.

Why does my cat dunk her paw in baked bean juice but not ravioli or spaghetti?

Is "the bees knees" just a funny way of saying "the business"?

Why does aspirin smell of salt and vinegar crisps?
Possibly because aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid, and vinegar is acetic acid. It's the "acidy" notes you can smell.

Why has the postman been coming hours earlier since the start of the pandemic? Why would it affect the time he comes?

Not sure about yours, but I know our postman is doing 2 rounds at the moment because of lots of sickness. So maybe he's getting yours out of the way early.

I work in nurseries. We do headcounts when we're out and about. Is it better to find out you're one over or one under?

When does a pond become a lake?

If we lived forever how far back would our memories go.

Who’s Larry and what’s he so happy about.

How did Adam and Eve decide what went where?

Magpiecomplex · 13/04/2020 13:01

@JuniorMumto1 I know yours! Fruit plants are propagated asexually - they graft a bit of the original plant onto the roots of a different one (but usually same species) and just keep repeating, so the seeds aren't really used for anything. There are techniques to coax a usually seedless variety into producing seeds if you want to try breeding from it though.

@Magpiecomplex

Thank you! I can stop hassling my family with that now every time one of us eats a seedless orange! Grin
