Does anyone know tips on how to move baby off bladder?

i'm 22 weeks and my god the baby will not get off my bladder its literally agony!! did this happen to anyone else and it eventually moved for a while before becoming heavily pregnant? any tips on how to get it off?

No but I empathise as mine was there for a long time 😮

I would say don't be scared of drinking too much water. You may pee all day long but you need to try and avoid UTIs. My doctor said I got more due to the baby's position.

My baby did eventually move in the third trimester 😊

Get on all fours, head down & bum in the air! Not the most attractive look I’ll grant you but may provide some relief and encourage baby to move position
