What games work well for 7 years old to play via facetime/zoom

My 7 yo DS is missing his friends but he gets really shy if I put him on facetime and just say chat! Has anyone managed to play some games online and if so which ones work well? Games as in word games/board games and not virtual computer games.

They’d both need one half of the set though.
