Is this stupid? Sterilising tablet in a spray bottle to disinfect shopping?

Will this work? Is it dangerous to spray it? Says it can irritate respiratory system... have run out of dettol, not sure what else I can use to spray parcels, washing etc?

dilute solution of bleach (be careful). Plenty on the shelves, if you can't get to a shop ask someone to get it for you.

My work has a spray bottle of water and Milton solution for us to wipe stuff down. So I don't see why not.
Look at the FAQ on the milton site it mentions the tablets too.
