Anyone actually had a delivery from Laura Ashley turn up in the last few weeks?

Me! Had an arm chair delivered just before lockdown (2 weeks ago I think) but it was ordered and paid for in January. I was relieved to have it as they’ve been obviously in trouble for such a long time

Yes, last week. It took ten days from ordering to delivery. I chased it up and it was dispatched the same day I chased. I received a reply to my chaser email the day after it arrived.

I received my order just before all this started (so returns were allowed), but due to subsequent administration couldnt return a couple of items that didnt fit properly. I had thought supporting businesses online would be a good thing to do but am not so sure now.

I ordered a couple of things from them on the 17th March, they were delivered just 3 days later.

I ordered some home stuff from them just over 2 weeks ago. I've phoned and emailed and been told my order is still being processed.

I ordered on the 18th..just phoned and apparently my order has been picked from the warehouse.. Which is progress I guess (it hadn't been picked last time I phoned)
