Yes. I didn’t reset my alarm and it went off at 630 as usual. I had a few seconds of normal Monday morning back to work thoughts.

I’m furloughed and not working.

Unfortunately not.

Not really. I've sort of adjusted to the new normal. Trying to take it one day at a time.

I woke up this morning knowing I was worried but I didn't know what about until I came to properly.

I think this is how it feels with any life changing bad news - bereavement etc and it hits you again like a ton of bricks.

Oh yes, every morning.
A bit like when you’ve lost someone precious, you wake up after falling into a coma for a couple of hours, thinking everything is just as it used to be..then when your creative intuitive right brain switches over to your logical left brain..and the reality hits you like a ton of bricks.

Thankfully we haven’t lost anyone precious for a while but it’s still not a nice feeling.

Not really. I check the news on my phone every morning when I wake up. However, I am finding I sleep well which has surprised me. I seem to be able to switch off from it and sleep. Normally if I'm worried I find getting to sleep difficult.

LockdownLucy · 06/04/2020 12:26

It's so quiet without traffic and planes etc or people chatting outside. That's why we are all sleeping like logs here.
