So. I've taken it upon myself that I'm going to try and get as fit as I can during the corona lockdown.
I've been doing 50 mins of cardio a day. Resistance band training. And trying to get my bingo wings down! (Now that gonna be a struggle!)
I start by doing the joe wicks holy training every morning which I love! Then go on to do more after that.
Occasionally I run up and down my stairs. (When my neighbours are at work. Nhs workers).
Trying to tone that very stubborn tummy fat!
