My son is 7 years old and we reside in Adyar Chennai? Can someone suggest a good play area in Chennai or near Adyar?

Couldn’t have come at a better time. I was just wondering what I’d do to entertain a toddler if ever I found myself babysitting in Chennai.

Thank you toddle123. Ignore these ungrateful wretches. Some are bound to be your competitors and are just jealous because they don’t have their own Grand Castle.

That was the fastest epic fail thread I have ever seen, just brilliant!
And possibly the dumbest, advertising a toddlers play area in the middle of a pandemic in a country in proper lockdown no less!
100% classic material.

When lockdown is finished, I'm there!

Op I found this in the FAQ , sadly as you do not mention a younger sibling your seven your old will be unable to visit toddler town. I do hope you find another, albeit inferior play centre.
What is the recommended age for play?

Our Town is appropriate for children 6-years-old and under. Children seven-years-old and older may accompany their younger siblings, but will be asked to leave the town if they are not playing in a manner that's appropriate for our toddler based facility.

I'm now imagining Toddler Town Riot Patrol turfing out exuberant juniors.

Even if OP changed their name that 2nd post would give the game away. also what a stupid question - why ask for a child older than can attend the —OP’s— venue?

cheesenmarmite · 07/04/2020 06:49

Chennai children's castle is clearly the coolest play centre in Chennai, try it out today. 1 rupee discount for all MNers, today only.

VaukaPinvhin · 07/04/2020 07:01

Thanks for that. I’m about to head out for Sainsbury’s and was racking my brains for something to do with the kids to get us through to dinner time. By 9 am they have usually exhausted making playdoh snakes, painting, having a snack, wrestling over lego pieces, snatching things off each other, arguing about snatching things off each other and crying pitifully over the snatched things. A long distance flight to an exciting play area sounds just the thing. No pandemic is going to get in our way.

VGP Snow Kingdom looks fun. All year round real snow. What's not to love? Not a whole day thing though.
