What kind of charger do I need?!

For this? It's a water flosser and I've lost the USB cable...

That looks like a mains connector to me. Known as C7, C8, or figure 8 cable. The same cables are often used for stereos.

Helpfully its a cheap amazon one which when I click the product now links to a pair of headphones
