We've got an empty Airbnb near a hospital, is there a central place to handle need?

We're not in London, we're in the north east. House is four mins from hospital. It would be good to have some one stay who is working there and trying to self isolate.

The hospital website seems to be down!

Have you put this on you're local facebook page? Or is there a page for your local hospital?

What a lovely thing to do, I hope someone is able to make use.

That's a good idea. Without sounding paranoid how do I make sure they're really a hospital worker though

Our NHS trust is compiling a list. Not the hospital. I saw pleas for accommodation on our local radio station web page and the local on line newspaper. Don’t just take anyone. You need to put your property forward with some details and then they will register it. We got a reply in 24 hours. We’ve spent the whole day cleaning!

Would any of the organisations in this article be helpful www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-52134369 ? Probably easier to check it is an NHS worker than just asking Facebook.

At my local trust and the one I work in the hospital charities are handling all offers of support and donations so they may be a good port of call?

Just came on to say NHS Homes. Here's the direct link:

www.nhshomes.co.uk
That's mostly London at the moment.

Direct link for another elsewhere, started by the surgeon in the news whose landlady kicked him out for working in a hospital.
