Does anyone know how to call claires accessories

I placed an order the other day which failed but the money was taken anyway. I sent a message in on their contact form but have no way of knowong if that's been received. I'd much rather just call if possible.

I had this two/three weeks ago, my items did arrive three days later. About a week after that I got the confirmation email, swiftly followed by the dispatch & the item delivered emails.

Quite possibly. Have they got a delivery scale on the website? I know when I did it, it had a banner saying they were having issues due to high demand & if money had been taken to assume it had been processed. I think I did find it in the ‘my orders’ section on the website the next day, so it might be worth giving it 24 hours.

It's been a couple of days. I didn't spot a banner but dd was doing the searching, I just did the payment bit.
