That goes happily in the dishwasher. I had a great one last year that was great but has been ruined by the dishwasher even though it said it went it.
Mine gets used daily from fry ups to making tea in.
Thanks

The dishwasher will always ruin it

We have a Le Cruset frying pans that is ok in the oven up to 230 degrees but we still hand wash it

forrestgreen · 01/04/2020 19:24

Dammit.
Was going to say extra points for oven proof too

Nonstick pans and dishwashers aren't good friends, I've found over the years.

Jamie Olicer Tefal, survived for a couple of years so far in dishwasher. Still like new

I suppose if they're a reasonable price then I don't mind binning them off. But I'd hate to spend a fortune and still have to bin it.

Following with interest!

I hate to say it because it's usually gimmicky tat but, The JML Cooperstone Pan. I don't have a dishwasher but as it can be wiped clean with a cloth because it's so good, a dishwasher wouldn't be needed anyway (though I prefer soap and water but it takes seconds.) They're oven proof up to 150c I think and dishwasher safe.

BoreOfWhabylon · 01/04/2020 21:04

Circulon. Just wipe clean with damp cloth.

userxx · 01/04/2020 21:08

Circulon casserole pan, goes in the oven and more or less cleans itself. Don't put the dishwasher though.

My mum got a ceramic-style pan from Lidl. White inside. Made great pancakes but we haven't had it long enough to say anything about durability.

Generally I prefer stainless steel. She still have the stainless steel pans she bought over two decades ago.

Goldwispa · 01/04/2020 21:40

I have a Jamie Oliver Totally stainless steel pan and it's 15 years old, looks like new when been through the dishwasher

NC4Now · 01/04/2020 21:44

I’ve got circulon non-stick pans. They have a lifetime guarantee, including the non-stick and are metal utensil proof. They are incredible!
I don’t have a dishwasher but they say they are dishwasher safe and confident they would be. I’ve had mine two years and they are still like new.

delilahbucket · 01/04/2020 23:08

I have a Le Cruset, about 11 years old now. Still as none stick as the day I bought it and goes in the dishwasher.

Tellmeagain · 01/04/2020 23:48

Prestige.

bigbadoldbag · 02/04/2020 07:50

Le Creuset here too, has it around 8/9 years and is in the dishwasher every other day. Absolutely perfect still.

Circulon pans. Incredible!
