Finally managed to get them off in one piece!!
Take your thumb out first!! Releases the vacuum and the rest slips off!!
Oh I feel so smart!!
Please allow me a few minutes of glory before you all say of course you already knew...

What did you think you solved /created all by yourself??

If you take your thumb out first are you then touching some of the glove with your skin?
You need to take them off starting at the wrist

Grasp first glove at wrist, peel off, inside out. Hold first glove in one remaining gloved hand, peel second glove off, inside out, so first glove is now inside the second. Both gloves now have contaminated surfaces on the inside. Dispose of gloves, wash hands.

You don't pull off, you peel off so they end up wrapped together inside out with all the outside germiness on the inside. If you don't know basics like how to take them off, are you sure you are using the gloves effectively when they are on?

They shouldn't be ripping anyway, are you turning them inside out as you remove them?
