How do you convert a sound file to put on social media?

Ive got 2 music files that I need to post on Facebook. Do I have to convert them.first and if so to what and how!!!!

What format are they in?

If wav/mp3 then you don’t need to convert. The easiest way to put them on FB would to upload to Dropbox or OneDrive depending on which you might use and share the link to FB from there.

Ive dragged them into one drive but cant share.
