Southport Basics Food Deliveries. Does Anyone Know?

Just that really.

Does anyone know of any local businesses delivering milk & similar basic provisions in the Southport area.

My 84 yo old dad is ill already with a chest infection, plus is in the very high risk group due to other health problems. He's a stubborn old bugger & has insisted on doing his own shopping etc, but he really doesn't sound well enough at all right now.

I'm hoping I can somehow order stuff from a local takeaway or similar that will now deliver basics to him straight away, as we have several companies now doing that where I live

Can anyone advise on company names etc please??

Brilliant, thank you 😊

His neighbours are usually very good, but given his chest infection I think they are understandably nervous. This should be a huge help😊

Thankfully he listened & has a stock of ready meals, it's just the extras like bread, milk, tea, cat food etc hes short of, but I think at the moment he only wants tea & toast as he's unwell

Try the bold hotel, they have closed and have turned their ballroom into a supermarket for elderly one day, and nhs staff the alternate day. They may be able to help!

Otherwise try rimmers farm shop by dobbies
