Banks are open reduced hours (10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday) for essential transactions only, and to support vulnerable customers.

You can order a new card online and it should be with you in a few days. (Ordinarily you’d have the option of phoning through as well but understandably the phones are almost impossible right now!)

I ordered one online last week and it arrived on Friday.
