- I'm really unfit.
- I have no coordination. I can't do anything with my arms if my feet are moving.
- I can't breath and move. I hold my breath every time.
- I fall over if I try to put one foot straight while moving the opposite leg. I need to turn my foot in. This could be dodgy hips.
- I have dodgy. hips.
- I have no flexibility at all.
And that was doing a total beginners workout.
I can only improve. Unless I collapse or break something.
