  1. I'm really unfit.
  1. I have no coordination. I can't do anything with my arms if my feet are moving.
  1. I can't breath and move. I hold my breath every time.
  1. I fall over if I try to put one foot straight while moving the opposite leg. I need to turn my foot in. This could be dodgy hips.
  1. I have dodgy. hips.
  1. I have no flexibility at all.

And that was doing a total beginners workout.

I can only improve. Unless I collapse or break something.

I think it’s normal to feel like that if you haven’t exercised for a while. Well done for getting started, it will get easier Smile

Mine would be

  1. Butts sweat more than I thought
  2. My hip always cramps up
  3. My shoulders are awful
  4. I cannot touch my toes with straight legs, whether that be standing or sitting

But we must keep on keeping on!

Passthepinkgin I agree with 3 and 4 too.
I did beginners pilates yesterday and the only bit of me not sore are my earlobes.
My groin kept getting cramps Confused and DH was no help because he doesn't think women have groins Hmm
