When I was at primary school in the 1970's, there was a radio speaker in the corner of the classroom, and on Fridays we'd listen to a serialised story for children.
Our teacher was pregnant and left, so we never heard the final episodes.
It was about Kew Gardens, a potting shed and maybe a vase with a piece missing? It was a fantasy / mystery type thing.
Does anyone know the name of the story? I imagine it must be a book. I have wondered about this for more than 45 years. Can you help?
