Multiplayer games for 2 families to play online?

We're meeting online with another family later and wanted to try playing some online games together. 4 adults, 2 boys aged 8+11.

We've only got normal laptops, iPads and iPhones, no game stations.

Any recommendations of what we could try? Ideally something quite easy to get into else younger boy might lose interest.

The HouseParty app is good - you can play trivia or Pictionary type games against each other

Jack box, there's load of them and they're like quiz and mini games, they're made as party games to be played around a TV but can be streamed and then have people join in, might need a tech savvy teen to help figure out how to set it up on twitch though and some of the games do need you to see each other so Google the different versions and what games they come with first, you'd probably also have to stream it through the laptop and have you're video call on the ipad next to it so you could see them.

It's hard as you've only got the one laptop, cus you're gonna need a computer each for most online games, maybe Google what's in the app store for an ipad that is multiplayer as well?

Thanks - some promising aounding ideas!

Should say we do have several laptops - 2 houses with 2 laptops in one and one in the other, and an iPad and an iPhone in each house
